Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and operate the LODBOD Experience Center in Biratnagar.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business in the region, building strong relationships with shippers and truck owners, promoting the LODBOD digital platform, and ensuring smooth coordination of logistics operations through the system.

This role requires a person who is comfortable working with technology, managing teams, coordinating with customers, and handling day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the LODBOD Experience Center in the assigned region 
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the market in the region 
• Build and maintain relationships with factories and business in the region 
• Promote and ensure effective use of the LODBOD digital platform among users 
• Coordinate transportation and fulfillment activities through the company’s digital system 
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements 
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and timely issue resolution 
• Handle operational challenges, and service-related escalations 
• Supervise and guide regional support staffs 
• Prepare regular reports on business growth, operational performance, and market feedback 
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and partnerships with organizations such as FNCCI, CNI, transport associations, and local business communities 
• Ensure all operations are carried out according to company policies and professional standards
