Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train food and beverage staff.
• Develop menus and beverage offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate Guests.
• Menu Planning & Merchandizing.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory and manage procurement.
• Maintain financial records and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with chefs and vendors to source quality ingredients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Hospitality Management or MHM.
• Proven experience in food and beverage management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Proper Knowledge in Food & Beverage Cost.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
