Suva Hotel Pvt. Ltd. Located in Birendranagar Surkhet is hiring a skilled Food & Beverage Manager, We are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences and impeccable service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train food and beverage staff.
Develop menus and beverage offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate Guests.
Menu Planning & Merchandizing.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory and manage procurement.
Maintain financial records and budget adherence.
Collaborate with chefs and vendors to source quality ingredients.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Hospitality Management or MHM.
Proven experience in food and beverage management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Proper Knowledge in Food & Beverage Cost.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
