Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue to Hotel Sarowar. The key role is to create an effective revenue management strategy to ensure the hotel’s profitability in all market conditions through sales and marketing tactics. They must research, develop marketing opportunities, plan, and implement new sales plans to meet budget and revenue targets. The Sales and Marketing Manager is also required to set prices and discounts, devise strategies for expanding Hotel Sarowar’s client base, and oversee the Sales and Marketing team to increase sales and improve client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Devise and implement the overall sales and marketing plan for Hotel Sarowar and actively monitor its progress in terms of achieving KPIs, budgets, and revenues.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve Hotel Sarowar sales team goals and annual as well as monthly revenue targets.
  • Implementing all sales action plans related to the market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities with other departments.
  • Ensuring revenue maximization across all revenue-generating outlets.
  • Build on and develop relationships with our current clients and analyze current markets to identify new markets and potential clients.
  • Represent Hotel Sarowar at consumer trade fairs, promotions, and tourism events both at the local and national levels.
  • Organize on and off-site client entertainment.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct at all times when dealing with clients, guests,and team members.
  • Submit daily, weekly,and monthly Sales and Marketing activity reports to the General Manager and Managing Director.
  • Ensuring quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the clients,and developing Hotel Sarowar’s professional long-term business relationships with the clients.
  • Managing and developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders of Hotel Sarowar.
