Job Description:

As a Graduate Intern in Chemical Sales and Supply Chain, you will work closely with our experienced sales and supply chain teams, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth areas within the chemical industry.
Order Processing: Handle order processing tasks, including quotation preparation, order entry, and coordination with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with the supply chain team to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to sales orders, contracts, and shipment records.
Training and Development: Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of chemical products, sales techniques, and supply chain management practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong passion for sales and supply chain management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in English and Nepali.
