Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to promote our organic products, increase store sales, manage customer relationships, and execute marketing activities both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell organic products to walk-in and potential customers
Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue
Manage social media pages, promotions, and basic digital marketing activities
Develop relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients
Conduct market research and analyze customer trends
Coordinate in-store promotions, offers, and product displays
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer data
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups professionally
Support branding and awareness campaigns

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing
Experience in organic products, FMCG, retail, or food industry preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Basic knowledge of social media marketing and MS Office
Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
Own two-wheeler with valid license will be an advantage

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
