Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Sales And Marketing - Genset Division at Jakpower. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as sales and marketing of Silent Diesel Generator Sets and allied products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets in the Butwal region.


Qualifications
  • Sales and marketing experience in the power generation industry
  • Knowledge of Silent Diesel Generator Sets, pumps, motors, and allied products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Good understanding of the Butwal market and customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
