We are looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Customer Support and Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role that combines customer support, office administration, content marketing, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, coordinating appointments, supporting daily office operations, and contributing to the company's digital marketing efforts. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to build a career in both business operations and digital marketing while working with a UK-based accounting and taxation firm.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support and Sales Coordination

Respond professionally to enquiries received through Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, website, and other communication channels.
Contact new leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Qualify enquiries by understanding client requirements.
Schedule online or in-person meetings for the consulting team.
Follow up with prospective clients to maximise appointment bookings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience throughout the client journey.

Content Marketing and Digital Marketing

Create engaging content for social media platforms, company websites, and blogs.
Write informative blog articles and website content with guidance from the marketing team.
Learn and implement SEO content writing best practices.
Assist in managing website content using WordPress CMS.
Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools.
Brainstorm content ideas with the team for social media campaigns, blogs, and website updates.
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and AI- powered marketing tools.

On-Camera Content Creation

Create short-form educational and promotional videos for social media platforms.
Present company services in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
Participate in video shoots, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
Help build trust and strengthen the company's online presence through authentic content.
Work with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts and campaigns.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer support or marketing.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

Experience creating social media content.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other design software.
Familiarity with WordPress CMS.
Basic understanding of SEO or content writing.
Experience using Meta Business Suite.
