Lumora Bhedetar is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing room bookings, promoting the resort, building strong client relationships, and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Promote the resort to corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event organizers.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, and other online platforms.
Coordinate promotional events, seasonal offers, and branding activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure exceptional guest experiences and customer satisfaction.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and branding strategies.
Ability to build partnerships and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/marketing tools is an advantage.
