Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager who can take ownership of business growth, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up and wants to grow alongside a fast-moving startup.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth and identify new revenue opportunities
Develop and manage strategic partnerships across travel, tourism, hospitality, and digital service sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Lead sales and business development initiatives from prospecting to closure
Support execution of company growth strategies and expansion plans
Identify new market opportunities, trends, and competitive insights
Coordinate with leadership on business planning and commercial initiatives
Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and partnership discussions
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial reports

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or commercial roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a startup environment
Strong understanding of Nepal market dynamics
Ability to independently manage and execute growth initiatives
Good presentation and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Fluent in English and Nepali

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in travel, tourism, technology, digital services, or startup environments
Existing network within travel agencies, consultancies, hospitality, or corporate sectors
Experience working in fast-paced and growth-focused organizations
Commercially minded with strong execution capability
