Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic “Sales & Marketing Executive” to help us to build up our business activities and establish strong relationships with End-user, Hospital’s staff, Nurses and Hospital team.

You should be the front leader of the company explore possible business opportunities, create and maintain strong customer network and purse new sales prospects.

Role & Responsibilities

Identify and make potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Make contact with potential clients (i.e. Hospitals, Clinics, Doctors, BME’s, Procurement) to create new business opportunities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships
Present and promote company products to current and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfilment.
Attend industry events, conferences, CME’s and Workshop to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in BBS/BBA/BSC/Bio-Medical Engineer/Microbiology/Health Assistant or relevant field
Excellent interpersonal skills
1-2 years of sales experience or fresher also can apply
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will be added advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Should be able to speak English, Hindi and additional other languages
Should have his/her own two wheeler vehicle & valid Nepal driving license
Need to travel outside Kathmandu valley for sales & marketing.
Need to travel overseas for the sales training if needed whenever situation requires.
