Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to manage international B2B clients, ensure timely communication, and drive business growth. You will report to the Head of Sales and play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting service-level expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow international B2B sales accounts
Respond to client messages and inquiries promptly — including outside regular office hours to meet SLAs
Coordinate order processing with production and logistics teams
Upsell products and suggest relevant customizations to clients
Use Google Sheets and Docs for sales tracking and communication
Identify new business opportunities and follow through

Compensation:

Salary starts at NPR 30,000 per month, with higher pay based on experience and expertise.
