Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Executive who is creative, confident, and well-versed in the world of Beauty and Fragrance. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a rapidly evolving brand in Nepal’s retail scene.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Marketing & Social Media:

Create engaging content for social media (short videos, reels, and product photos).
Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and digital trends to keep the brand relevant and exciting.
Support digital campaigns and promotional strategies.
Make reels or stories on fragrances.

B. Sales & Customer Relations:

Offer expert advice on fragrances, skincare, and makeup to customers in-store.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Represent the brand with confidence, friendliness, and flair.

C. Store Coordination:

Travel between different store locations to support sales and marketing activities.
Collaborate with team members and provide on-ground marketing support during launches and promotions.
