Job Description

5th Avenue is seeking a Marketing & Sales Assistant who is not only confident and creative but also skilled in digital marketing. If you're passionate about beauty, lifestyle, content creation, and customer engagement—this role offers a dynamic career path with one of Nepal’s most stylish retail brands.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Marketing & Digital Presence

Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media (Reels, Stories, Product Posts, Behind-the-scenes).
Use digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Instagram Boosting, etc.) to support campaigns.
Track performance metrics and contribute to digital growth strategies.
Stay updated with digital trends in the beauty and fashion industry.
Assist with influencer collaborations and email marketing efforts.

B. Sales & Customer Service

Guide customers in selecting the right beauty and fragrance products.
Build long-term relationships through excellent customer care and follow-ups.
Represent the brand with energy, elegance, and professionalism.

C. Store Support & Coordination

Visit and support multiple store locations as needed.
Participate in launches, pop-up events, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive sales and marketing execution.
