Roles and responsibilities of this job
We are seeking energetic and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to promote and sell Jasmine Hygiene Products in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur. The ideal candidate should be motivated, target-oriented, and ready to build a career in sales with a leading hygiene products company.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Jasmine Hygiene Products at retail outlets.
Identify potential retail clients and develop long-term business relationships.
Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail stores.
Maintain stock levels and coordinate with inventory for timely replenishment.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide feedback from the market to management for product and service improvements.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for supervisors.
Support promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives at retail points.

Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel within Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur for sales activities.
