We're on the lookout for 1 enthusiastic Retail Sales associate who is dedicated to driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction! Someone who’s willing to learn everything there is to know about the world of eyewear! We would like our applicants to preferably be living near those hubs so commuting is easy for them.

Responsibilities:

Engage potential clients.
Be able to suggest eyewear specific to customers' needs and face shapes.
Provide excellent customer service by knowing all the styles and options we carry
Billing and keeping track of pending orders for prescriptions.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Additional Responsibilities:

Provide input in social media videos/photos and stories.
Coordinate eyewear deliveries with the delivery team.
Handle customer inquiries about eyewear and resolve issues.
Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handle all customer concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales to coordinate with warehouse stock. Thereby suggesting future orders for products in demand.
Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Able to handle orders on multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook and official website.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Experience in sales strategies

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience in eyewear is a plus
Fluent in English and Nepali; Tibetan language for Boudha location is a bonus

Additional Specifications:

Preferably a high school or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Proven 1 year of sales experience. ( Bonus if it's an eyewear store)
Keep track of the inventories / Stock Management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and result-driven.
