Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Merchandiser to manage product display, maintain stock levels, and support sales activities in the assigned outlets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Visit assigned stores/outlets to check product availability and display.
Ensure proper product placement and attractive merchandising as per company standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
Maintain good relationships with retailers and store staff.
Collect market feedback and report sales performance.
Assist in promotional activities and product visibility in the market.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:More than 18 years

Other Specification

Minimum +2 / Bachelor’s degree (BBS or related field preferred).
Prior experience in merchandising or sales will be an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to travel within assigned market areas.
Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
