Job Description

Retail Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of our retail. S/he will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs. S/he will manage our retail in ways that boost revenues and develop the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
  • Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
  • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the company’s reputation
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
  • Keep up to date with market trends to determine the need for improvements in the business
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
  • Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines.
  • Involve actively on making client/prospect, regular follow- ups and referrals and also update dealer  records
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
