Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor at Casual Restaurant and Pub located in Kathmandu. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. You will also be involved in training new employees, handling customer complaints, and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food handling and safety certification is a plus
