Job Description

  • Research vendors /suppliers and choose the best combination of quality and cost
  • Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
  • coordinate daily operation with various department of the restaurant.(foh,boh,store dept,admin)
  • Hiring and on boarding  and training new employees
  • Plan new and update existing menus by consulting with chef
  • coordinate timely operation with store supervisor(inventory management)
  • Preparing various report For.eg daily sales, cash +petty cash reports.etc  as
  • Organize and supervise shifts based on demand of the customers need
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Create detailed reports on daily, weekly or monthly basis
