Job Description

Research vendors /suppliers and choose the best combination of quality and cost
Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
coordinate daily operation with various department of the restaurant.(foh,boh,store dept,admin)
Hiring and on boarding and training new employees
Plan new and update existing menus by consulting with chef
coordinate timely operation with store supervisor(inventory management)
Preparing various report For.eg daily sales, cash +petty cash reports.etc as
Organize and supervise shifts based on demand of the customers need
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Create detailed reports on daily, weekly or monthly basis
