Resourcing Coordinator-1 Position

Purpose: The position holder will lead the staff recruitment and on boarding process. S/he will also provide effective support to managers on people management.

Terms and location: 3 years fixed term employment based in Country Office, Lalitpur.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Management with specialization in Human Resources Management preferred or any related field from recognized institute. 
  • At least five (5) years’ relevant work experience in human resources management functional activities, out of which at least three (3) years’ should be similar level. 
  • Proven experience in coordination, liaison and networking, managing teams, finance and other critical management domains.
  • INGO work experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the process of staff recruitment management.
  • Review and ensure correct job profile for all position.
  • Coordinate with department heads/managers for recruitment process.
  • Ensure timely and correct recruitment report and tracker for Human Resources Manager.
  • Lead the process of staff on boarding and manage an effective orientation and purposive induction programme.
  • Effective coordination and communication for internal staff movement.
