Job Description

Prabina Foundation Nepal is seeking a compassionate and responsible Residential Supervisor (Female) to oversee the daily operations and well-being of children residing in our children's home. The ideal candidate should be nurturing, organized, and dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and structured environment for children.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure high-quality care and support for children, addressing their physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and cultural needs in accordance with the comprehensive standards of the children's home while promoting child rights.  
  • Responsible for maintaining and reporting financial records, including budgeting, daily expense tracking, and monitoring the inventory, stores, and equipment of the children's home.  
  • Maintain records of children's progress along with planning meetings, reviews, and other relevant activities.  
  • Identify available programs and skill development opportunities for children residing in the children's home.  
  • To supervise  children and caretakers in children's home.

Requirements:

  • Should have good communication skill.
  • Knowledge of child right and child protection.
  • Able to work independently and with team.
  • Strong leadership skills.

Note: 

  • Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in childcare.
