Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling online and direct reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes.
Collaborate with travel agents to facilitate seamless booking experiences and maintain strong professional relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, promotions, and policies to effectively assist guests.
Utilize reservation management software to track bookings and generate reports for management review.
Assist in coordinating special requests and arrangements for guests, ensuring a personalized experience.

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role is preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
