• Responsible for selling tickets to passengers for various modes of transportation
• Provide quality customer service at all times
• Handling and corresponding ticketing related job (Domestic & International) including but not limited to (issuing, reissuing, refund, etc.)
• Dealing with telephones, walk-in customers, travel agents, and in-person inquiries efficiently and politely
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering professional service acknowledging their needs
• Maximizing revenue and selling products and services enthusiastically
