Job Summary

The Reservation and Administration Assistant will be responsible for managing travel reservations, assisting clients with their travel requirements, and supporting the company's daily administrative operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide professional customer service while ensuring efficient coordination of bookings, documentation, and office activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage travel reservations, including flights, hotels, tours, transportation, visas, and travel insurance.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with prompt and professional service.
Process bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and itinerary changes accurately.
Maintain client records, booking information, and travel itineraries.
Keep accurate records of daily sales and transactions.
Visit embassies, banks, and other organizations for visa processing and official company errands.
Support daily office administration, filing, scheduling, and document management.
Prepare business correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and provide administrative support to the team.
Resolve travel-related issues and assist clients professionally when unexpected situations arise.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Previous experience (more than 6 months)in a travel agency, reservations, or administration is preferred.
Knowledge of travel reservation systems (Bon Fire Software preferred).
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of visa procedures and international travel regulations is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for official work and work flexible hours when required.
