We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Assistant to support our daily operations and gain hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in customer service, administration, and travel operations while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Support the team in handling customer inquiries and travel bookings.
Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare reports, documents, and other administrative materials as required.
Assist in organizing travel itineraries and supporting tour operations.
Learn company processes, travel products, and customer service standards.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors to support business operations.
