Helen Keller International has been working in Nepal since 1989 to improve the sight and lives of the vulnerable by combating the causes and consequences of blindness, poor health, and malnutrition through public health approaches, build capacity of organizations and contribute to policy changes through systems strengthening and operations research. We request applications from qualified individuals for following job positions:

Position: Research Officer

No. of Requirement: 6

Location: Based in Lumbini Province

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Should have at least bachelor's degree in public health, nursing, nutrition or relevant field with at least five years of past experiences in research related activities of 1/NGOs in nutrition/health sectors.
Experienced in quantitative and qualitative research methods (data collection, data transcribing and translation, and analysis).
Experience working in the district-based position.
The Research Officer position will coordinate for research purposes, oversee research associates, and work together with them in data collection, data quality control, data transcribing, and translation for determining acceptability and adherence to multiple micronutrient supplementation (MMS) in pregnant women.
