Prem Green Private Limited, a leading manufacturer of premium mehendi (henna) products in india , is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Marketing Manager to lead our operations and expand our market reach in Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the Nepal region
Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and local partners.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to enhance our market positioning.
Achieve regional sales targets and report performance metrics to the senior management team.
Conduct regular market visits, promotional events, and product training sessions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in regional sales/marketing roles, preferably in FMCG or cosmetics sectors.
Strong understanding of the Nepalese retail and distribution landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
