Shivam Cements which was established in 2003 is a largest manufacturing Greenfield project in Nepal with an aim to produce 3000 TPD from the company’s self owned limestone. 

At present, where there are many other large companies to compete with, one may ask why Shivam and why not others? It is because Shivam cement, a public limited company with a minimum of 10 billion enterprises, is Nepal’s biggest and most modern cement manufacturing plant.  It is situated at the industrial hub Hetauda, where rapid infrastructural development has been witnessed over the years. Shivam cement has invested hugely on capitals, human resources, production processes, infrastructures, etc.

Job Description

  • Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts
  • Communicating job expectations;planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
  • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans
  • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements
  • Preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances 
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for regional; in support of national objectives
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling regional sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes
  • Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
