Job Description

  • Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Achieves regional sales objectives by preparing realistic sales targets, planning and completing action plans, resolving all challenges, making regular market audits, identifying trends and contributing to increase in brand growth and volumes.
  • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing monthly budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
  • Updates knowledge and sales/marketing plan proactively by studying competitor activities and trade/consumer feedback.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing desired results as needed.
  • All other responsibilities of a Regional Sales Manager not mentioned in the above

Minimum Experience:

  • At Least 5 years of progressive experience in reputed FMCG Company (preferably Liquor Company)

Reports To: National Sales Manager

Salary: Negotiable
