At least 12-18 months experience in similar role is mandatory

Indepth knwoeldge in IP networking, routing, Switching, MPLS and network security
Shoul dhave done the required related certifications
Should know Basic linux CLI skills
Two wheeler driving license and motobike
Good Network disgnostic skills
Good communication skills with aptitute for dealing with people to solve problems
Tasks prioritising, responding and escalating skills
Should be able to analuse and interpret data from various sources
To be able to work round the clock in a rotating roster

Manage and maintain Broadlink's infrastructure (Status and performance of Broadlik's network and facilities provided to regional BLD partners and distributors)
Ip routing, switching, bandwidth and traffic engineering
Fault handling and escalation by identifying and responding to faults in the networks, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution.
Managing and provisioning MPLS L2/L3 VPN circuits
Manage Microtik/Huawei/BDCOM routers, switches, OLT's and access servers
Network equipment builds, upgrades and installation.
Maintaining hardware serial audits, writing custom monitoring plugins and configuring bespoke graphing.
Maintenance of WIKI and technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures
Development of knowledge and skills in network administration, particularly with regard to Broadlink's own architecture and platforms.
Tier 3 Support for regional customers
Participate in a 24x7 call-out rota if required.
