Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Coordinating between overseas clients and company's HR division
Handling the overall recruitment procedures with the support of HR division
Look after entire administration tasks and report to the managing director
Handle the internal recruitment tasks
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Preparing Reports
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Good command over English (Speaking, Writing and Reading)
