Job Description

  • Develop recruitment goals and objectives
  • Identify job openings in coordination of the concerned supervisors/HOD/BD and involve in preparing job descriptions and requirements 
  • Responsible for Recruitment activities ensuring proper implementation of the processes complying with the company policies
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Conduct preliminary interview and refer candidates for further selection process if they meet the requirements of the job
  • Develop sustainable recruiting strategies based on the company goals and needs
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and candidate evaluation
