Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in BPO / Call Centre with a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions across multiple departments.
  • Professional qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workday), and HRIS systems.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including direct sourcing and leverage social media.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter Management to lead team of recruiters. This role requires  minimum 5 years of experience in a BPO / Call centre in end-to-end recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for a variety of roles across different departments. Recruitment Manager will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, mentor junior recruiters, and play a key role in developing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This is a work-from-home position, providing flexibility and independence while ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Screening & Interviewing:

  • Screen resumes and conduct Video Interview to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate and manage interview processes, ensuring that interviews are structured and comprehensive.
  • Shortlist selected candidates for onboarding  process
  • Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage a high volume of open roles simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and business needs.

Recruitment Strategy & Reporting:

  • Continuously improve and implement recruitment strategies to enhance talent acquisition processes and meet business objectives.
  • Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing channels, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to HR leadership.
