Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for motivated, organized, and dedicated individuals to join our team as an Office Assistant. The role involves supporting multiple departments including Human Resource, Inventory Management, and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update office records, employee documentation, inventory records, and administrative files.
Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, and staff communication.
Support inventory tracking, stock verification, reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.
Prepare reports, official letters, presentations, and department-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding administrative, inventory, and marketing activities.
Assist in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, content organization, and online engagement.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis when required.
Support photo/video content creation and basic digital coordination.
Ensure proper filing, confidentiality, and record management.
Organize meetings, office activities, and departmental coordination tasks.
Monitor task deadlines and support smooth day-to-day office operations.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Required Age:More than 20 years

Other Specification

Ongoing bachelor’s in Marketing, Management, Business, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in administration, HR, inventory, marketing, or related fields preferred.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with office documentation, filing systems, inventory handling, or administrative procedures.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing is an advantage.
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar editing tools preferred.
Good communication, organizational, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Candidates with a valid two-wheeler driving license or ability to ride a scooter/motorbike will be preferred.
