Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for handling front desk operations, managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain front desk security and ensure compliance with office protocols.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and contact lists.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized.
  • Assist in coordinating office events and meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
