• Handle phone calls and visitors
• Support in day to day administration of the Office
• Operate phone calls, scanner, printer, fax etc
• Greet the visitors with smile and guide them properly
• To offer counselling to students for a range of issues including academic problems, behavioral difficulties in the classroom, emotional issues
• To facilitate, alongside other colleagues, group sessions in the school’s behavior
• To implement a robust system of referral in order that students may access the services offered
