Job Description

  • Handle the telephone calls and handle the visiting customers or probable customers
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Providing basic and accurate information in-person via phone or e-mail
  • Directing guests and general public to the right staff member
  • Maintaining a sufficient record of office supplies
  • Coordinating the repair and maintenance of office supplies
  • Perform other related duties as and when required by the management

Qualities we are looking for:

  • Must be able to handle visiting customers
  • Should be smart outspoken with pleasant personality
  • Effective verbal and listening communications skills
  • Should have proper computer office package
  • Documentation record keeping
  • Punctuality and sense of responsibility
  • Must have multi-tasking ability
