Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and redirect phone calls promptly and courteously.
Manage inquiries from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively.
Perform general duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Coordinate appointments and meetings for management and staff.
Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Assist in organizing company events, workshops, or meetings.
Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, phone calls, and messages.
Input data into the company's database and update records as required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Working Hours: 9:30 am - 5:30pm
