Job Description

  • Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and redirect phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage inquiries from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively.
  • Perform general duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for management and staff.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist in organizing company events, workshops, or meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, phone calls, and messages.
  • Input data into the company's database and update records as required.
