Job Description

As a Receptionist at Focus Visa and Education Service, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. Your role is essential in creating a positive and welcoming environment while providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and callers with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate offices or personnel.
  • Answer incoming calls, provide information, and route calls to the relevant individuals or departments.
  • Schedule appointments for clients with education consultants or advisors.
  • Manage and update the appointment calendar to optimize scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist in maintaining office files, records, and documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative support, such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Provide basic information about our educational services and programs to clients and visitors.
  • Assist in distributing brochures, pamphlets, and other informational materials.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Notify appropriate staff of any facility-related issues.
