Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
Provide administrative support to the office team, including data entry, filing, and scheduling
Team player and multi-tasking abilities
Ensure timely and professional customer service
Keep accurate records of guest interactions and office operations
Ability to delight guest during testing times
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Office Manager
Flexible in work hours
Competency with IDS or any property management system
