- Answering phones and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
- Coordinating meetings, including arranging room setup, distributing meeting materials.
- Arranging travel arrangements such as flights and booking hotels for executives, sales teams, or other company representatives as directed.
- Scheduling meetings with clients or other individuals on the senior management team.
- Processing incoming calls and recording messages when the receptionist is not available to take messages.
- Maintaining calendars for all Directors and Senior Officials in the company, ensuring that meetings are scheduled appropriately and that all parties are aware of upcoming events.
- Review of Service Vehicle Log Books and reporting results to management.
- Typing letters in Nepali as well as in English language as directed.
- Keeping records of official letters received in office and issued from office, provide the registration number and issue number and maintain it’s records in register.
Qualifications for Receptionists
- Bachelors Degree in field of management.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong phone skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
