Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Office Secretary to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations in our office, assist in administrative duties, and provide support to our team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and ordering.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry.
