Job Description

  • Must maintain a record of all visitors to the office & also keep a list of all the company’s clients in order to facilitate good relations with customers.
  • Must maintain the attendance register of employees at all times, especially when office hours begin & at the end.
  • Should be very prompt when handling all incoming calls & should always be alert when at the reception desk.
  • Maintain coordial relations with all staff & clients at all times during office hours.
  • A high degree of discipline & office decorum is required at the reception desk as this is an area where the first & last impression of the company is maintained.
  • Must always be aware of the times of the day when receiving calls in order to wish all callers the time of the day i.e. ‘good morning, Sabaiko Technologies, may I help you’’. This should be the standard code when taking calls from outside the office.
