Job Description
Answers all incoming calls and directs calls to an appropriate person takes messages, and answers questions
Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate person
Handles incoming and outgoing documents and maintains a log for them
Maintains and updates contact lists
Maintains stationeries and supplies by purchasing, receiving and distributing them
Maintains smooth office operations by calling for repairs and maintenance
Makes payment for internet and telephone bills for their uninterrupted service
Ensures all newspapers are received and renews their subscription
Operates a range of office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and computers
Uses word processing, spreadsheet, and PowerPoint to prepare reports, memos, and documents
Performs data entry
Files papers and documents
Maintains cleanliness in the office
Provides secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
Handles petty cash
