Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible for carrying all the bank-related works/ deposit/withdraw/ bringing bank statements from various banks in timely manner
Ensure timely transfer of funds
Providing the supporting voucher of the everyday transactions made.
Visiting to the customer and getting the timely payment
Preparing the letter from receivable department and submitting to the customers in timely manner and also following up for the due payment
Making the necessary calls to the customers in advance and following up on daily basis
Helping the receivable team/ department for more collections
Maintaining the record of daily follow-up and also other correspondence
Maintaining the contact address, telephone number, name, and email ID of the customers for easy follows-up purposes
Providing daily collection figures of the company
Helping in the collection of old dues from customers
Delivering the invoices, cash/cheque receipts to the customers and handing it over to the accounts department on day-to-day basis, this must be duly verified and reconciled by the accounts department
Handling various out-of-office tasks, including banking, tax office visits, and customer interactions
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or personally for payments
Reporting to the receivable departments and accounts department on a daily base
Undertakes other duties as required and assigned by the company management

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 degree in a related field
At least 1 year of experience in banking, collection, or accounts-related roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of banking procedures and financial documentation
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
