Job Description

  • Coordinating appointments, showings, open houses and meetings
  • Promoting properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
  • Developing marketing plans for listings
  • Maintaining and managing client databases
  • Responding to emails and phone calls
  • Updating & administrating websites and social media profiles
  • Comparing properties to determine a competitive market price
  • Finding potential clients to buy, sell, and rent properties
  • Generating lists of properties for sale/rent, including details such as location and features
  • Mediating negotiations between the buyer and seller
  • Preparing documents, such as lease contracts
  • Prepare viewing and showing schedule of properties.
  • Maintain relationship with agents and clients
  • Closing deals
