Job description 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparing BOQ
• Preparing Variation Claims
• Preparing Material Reconciliation
• Preparing Cashflow, ETC Statements.
• Preparing comparative statements on rates of various activities involved in project.
• Preparing Work/Purchase orders for the contractors approved by the management/HOD.
• Raising claims against contractors in the event of any delay or flaw in construction and finding alternative source or breaking the contract in to several contract for betterment of completion of Project on time.
• Forecasting the Rental Expenses involved in PMV department and guiding the management whether to go with rental or to buy the PMV equipments.
• Coordinating with FMS team on all Maintenance activities for handed over projects and issuing payments through Petty Cash or Work Order and tracking the same.
• Coordinating with Finance team on all taxation and payments of vendors & contractors.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should be civil engineer/ engineering back ground 
• Candidate should have experience in billing,
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical works and materials.
• Computer skills required
• Working knowledge of Engineering ERP required
• Must be able to source contractors for various packages such as civil, formwork, barbending, shuttering, painting, electrical, tiles, joinery, plumbing, firefighting etc.
• Ability to multi-task, be flexible and manage changing priorities, effectively manage contractor, certification checking
