Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit).
Knowledge of databases and ability to write basic SQL queries.
Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API testing (e.g., Postman).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to CI/CD tools and practices.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Officer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products and systems. The role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and working closely with developers and product teams to maintain a high standard of quality across all technical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, document, and execute manual and automated test plans for web and mobile applications.
Identify, log, and track bugs using issue-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand technical requirements.
Ensure software compliance with internal standards and client specifications.
Review system specifications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes and automation frameworks.
Prepare test reports, summaries, and metrics for management and teams.
