Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and oversee technology projects from initiation through successful completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, ensure efficient resource allocation, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Coordinate and communicate effectively between developers, designers, vendors, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved according to schedule.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
Track project performance and prepare regular status reports for management.
Manage project documentation, change requests, and quality assurance processes.
Support the implementation of best practices in project management and software development.
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical deliverables.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management or a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
