Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Program Officer – BBA / BBA-F Program will play a key role in coordinating academic and administrative activities, supporting students and faculty members, and ensuring the smooth operation of the programs while maintaining academic quality and institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate academic and administrative activities of the BBA and BBA-F programs.
Assist in admission, orientation, examination, and student support activities.
Liaise with faculty members, students, parents, and university officials.
Maintain academic records, schedules, reports, and program documentation.
Support program planning, implementation, and quality assurance initiatives.
Coordinate seminars, workshops, industry interactions, guest lectures, and student engagement activities.
Assist in accreditation, compliance, and university-related documentation.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other academic and administrative documents as required.
Monitor program activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties assigned by the College Management.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Qualification and Experience:

Master's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic administration, program coordination, or educational management (preferred). Freshers can also apply
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and digital communication tools.
Knowledge of Pokhara University academic systems and procedures will be an added advantage.
